All participants must reside within Congressional District 33 - this means the student must live within the boundaries of District 33Art Guidelines. Artwork will hang in Congressman Chabots Warren County office for one year.
Vote For Your Favorite Artwork is a required field. The winning artwork of our districts competition will be displayed for one year in the US. Cicilline will convene a panel to award first second and third place awards and the overall winner of the competition will have their artwork displayed for one year in the US.

The winning artwork will need to be framed prior to our office submitting it to the Congressional Institute.
